You might think 9 games is too short to give up on Peterson. I say when you know you know. I don't need more than the UTSA game to know this guy needs to go.
Beckman had a lot of years coaching at the major college level. Shoot, he even coached at Ohio State and then was a successful head coach. Looked good on paper just like Peterson. But at the end of Beckman's second game coaching Illinois I new he was a joke and if I had the authority I would have fired him right then.
I have the same vibe with Peterson. He is not the right guy for the job.
